How Do I Make A Purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, using our various search functions, click on any items that you wish to buy, choose the size and colour, then hit the "Add to cart" button. If you want to change your mind at any time, just click on "View Cart" to alter your order. Once you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be able to complete your order. We accept credit card payment through WorldPay. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. However, please check with us first about shipping outside the E.U.
Stock Availability
Our stock levels update daily and the options you are offered should be in stock. Occasionally, a stock error may occur on our system whereby you will be notified and refunded immediately.
Colour
All our images aim to represent, as closely as possible, the colour of the product. However these may vary, due to customers' monitor and resolution settings, over which we have no control. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us. When ordering certain products, you may not be offered a choice of colour. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us to check colour options and availability.
Sizing
Different manufacturers' sizing may vary. We do provide a sizing chart for reference (see below) but please note that these measurements are only approximate. If you need an exact measurement, please contact us.
Pricing Errors
We endeavour to ensure that all information on the website is correct at all times. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse the sale and will refund the customer immediately.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will try to back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
