UK Orders over £40 qualify for Royal Mail Special Delivery and are Guaranteed Next Working Day
For UK Orders below £40, Royal Mail First class Recorded is £2.95, or Guaranteed Next Day is £5.95
Europe takes around 7 Days and costs £7.95
The rest of the World usually takes 7 to 10 Days and costs £15.00

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No Quibble, No Hassle
Returned items must be unused, with tags /labels still attached and with any original packaging undamaged
Packages are your responsibility until received by us. We suggest a signed for service and that you keep a proof of posting
Please include your original packing note , otherwise it can be difficult to allocate the item(s)

You are welcome to use our Collect+ easy returns service.Simply drop your package at any of their 4500 Convenience stores or petrol stations.Most are open early ‘til late, 7 days a week
Please note we charge £3.50 for this service and it will be deducted from the credit we make back to your card.
