For 2/3 day registered UK orders we charge£2.95.
For UK Next Day Special Delivery we charge £5.95
To ship to Europe, we charge a flat rate of £7.95
For Worldwide shipping, we charge a flat rate of £15

Stock items will be despatched either the same day or following day, except for weekends and bank holidays.
We mainly despatch using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
Large and/or heavy parcels may be despatched via ParcelForce and can take longer to arrive.
All packages require a signature upon receipt.
We aim to deliver most of our parcels within 3 working days.
Overseas deliveries usually arrive within 10 days but may take longer.

We don't hold your credit card details.
We use a secure payment gateway, so all that information is held securely by WorldPay.
We never sell or pass on any of your contact information, order details etc.
Returns & Replacements
If an item is returned to us in its original condition, within two weeks of purchase, we will refund you in full immeadiately or exchange the item at your request.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returned items received after the 14 day deadline will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if we agree to accept them.
We love selling good quality clothes and gifts to people who will enjoy them.
You have a legal right to return any item to us for a full refund within 14 days if you don't like it, it doesn't fit, or it's not as you thought it would be.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are adequately insured against loss or damage and to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
Please enclose the invoice and a covering note explaining the reason for the return/exchange.
If an item is faulty, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you , and refund the cost of returning it.
Please provide a receipt for the shipping cost.

If you want to change your mind at any time, just click on "View Cart" to alter your order.
Once you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be able to complete your order.
Our stock levels update daily and the options you are offered should be in stock.
Occasionally, a stock error may occur on our system whereby you will be notified and refunded immediately.
All our images aim to represent, as closely as possible, the colour of the product.
However these may vary, due to customers' monitor and resolution settings, over which we have no control.

When ordering certain products, you may not be offered a choice of colour.
