We charge £2.50 on all UK orders.
To ship to Europe, we charge a flat rate of £7.50
For Worldwide shipping, we charge a flat rate of £15

Delivery Schedule
Stock items will be despatched either the same day or following day, except for weekends and bank holidays. We mainly despatch using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Large and/or heavy parcels may be despatched via ParcelForce and can take longer to arrive. All packages require a signature upon receipt. We aim to deliver most of our parcels within 3 working days. Overseas deliveries usually arrive within 10 days but may take longer.
Returns Policy
If an item is returned to us in its original condition, within two weeks of purchase, we will refund you in full or exchange the item at your request. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returned items received after the 14 day deadline will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if we agree to accept them.
We love selling good quality clothes and gifts to people who will enjoy them. You have a legal right to return any item to us for a full refund within 14 days if you don't like it, it doesn't fit, or it's not as you thought it would be. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us: ) If you have a problem please don't hesitate to contact us. Talk to us! We always endeavour to satisfy all our customers, and there is always a solution to be found somehow.
Please be fair! We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged deliberately. We've been doing this for too long to put up with that sort of nonsense. Essentially you must return goods to us in a condition fit to sell to someoneone else : )

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are adequately insured against loss or damage and to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
Please enclose the invoice and a covering note explaining the reason for the return/exchange.
If a returned item has subsequently been discounted in a sale since purchase, you will only be refunded the discounted value.
If an item is faulty, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you , and refund the cost of returning it. Please provide a receipt for the shipping cost.
