You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No Quibble, No Hassle
Returned items must be unused, with tags /labels still attached and with any original packaging undamaged
Packages are your responsibility until received by us. We suggest a signed for service and that you keep a proof of posting
Please include your original packing note , otherwise it can be difficult to allocate the item(s)
Comments on the reason for return are appreciated, they help us improve our service
If an item is faulty, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you , and refund the cost of returning it. Please provide a receipt for the shipping cost.

You are welcome to use our Collect+ easy returns service.Simply drop your package at any of their 4500 Convenience stores or petrol stations. Most are open early ‘til late, 7 days a week
