Delivery Times

We aim to despatch orders by 3pm every day except weekends and bank holidays.

It can take 1 - 3 days for your goods to arrive after being dispatched.

Click & Collect

We also operate a click & collect service and someone is available at the store during all opening hours for collections and/or local returns and exchanges.

Click & Collect Process:
Step 1: Once you have finished shopping, click on the basket link and then click on checkout link.
Step 2: Click on Checkout.
If you do not have an account click Proceed.
If you have an account enter your email address, click on I have an account, enter your password and click Proceed.
Step 3: Enter your details, billing address, and select I would like to collect my order in store under Collection.
Step 4: You will receive an email with your order details.
Step 5: Unless it's the weekend, your order should be ready to collect the following day at 2pm (or same day if you order in the morning).
Please call on 01284 755551 to check your order is ready, or email enquiries@sunrisedirect.co.uk if you need to arrange an alternative collection time.
Important
To avoid any disappointment we suggest that you bring along your proof of ID and confirmation email when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then please make sure that they have your proof of ID and confirmation email.
