Delivery:

We dispatch by 3pm each day except weekends & bank holidays. If you really need it tomorrow, call us and we will TRY and get it out after that, but sometimes this just isn't possible. You will be able to select delivery options at the checkout.

UK Orders over £40 delivery is FREE & qualify for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. They usually arrive the following day, but may take up to three days.

For UK Orders below £40, Royal Mail First Class Recorded is £2.95

Any UK order can be upgraded to Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day, but is charged at £5.95

Europe takes around 7 Days and costs £7.95

The rest of the World usually takes 7 to 10 Days and costs £7.95

Rates will be calculated at the checkout, determined by your country and postcode

Returns and Replacements:

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No Quibble, No Hassle

Returned items must be unused, with tags /labels still attached and with any original packaging undamaged

Packages are your responsibility until received by us. We suggest a Signed For service and that you keep a proof of posting

Please include your original packing note, otherwise it can be difficult to allocate the item(s)

Our stock levels update daily and the options you are offered should be in stock

Occasionally, a stock error may occur on our system whereby you will be notified and refunded immediately

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

We accept credit card payment through WorldPay and Paypal

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency

However, please check with us first about shipping outside the E.U. Canada for instance can levy quite heinous customs charges, for which you will be responsible
