Enter our mindfully prepared space, make yourself comfortable and allow the calming waves of sound to caress and nourish every inch of your being.
Sue Szymanski is a professional and intuitive percussionist, bringing many years of practice, experience & sensitivity to delivering mindful, acoustic textural sound. Sue's expert understanding of "what is required right now" has roots in jazz, folk and blues traditions, as well as being experienced in counselling, shamanic drumming, journey work and deep explorations into human healing processes.
Jo Gregor, a classically trained musician, folk fiddler & "rhythm-getter", has been so influenced by the deeply meditative and restorative states of facilitated sound journeying that she has been guided over recent years to craft several of her own healing instruments.
Together they invite you to this Soundscape Relaxtion event to indulge in the ultimate in relaxation.
Please bring whatever you need to be warm and comfortable lying on the floor for this sound bathing experience.
During the event will be using gongs, singing bowls, tingsa bells, chimes, rainsticks, hoop drums, rattles and many other percussion instruments.
