Changed your mind?
We hope you love your purchases just as much as we love finding them for you but if for any reason you have changed your mind you have 14 days from the date you receive the order to return any items for a full refund. Where & how do I return my items?
Items must be returned unused, with tags/labels still attached and with any original packaging undamaged along with your original packing note/invoice at your expense to:
Packages are your responsibility until received by us and therefore we suggest returning any unwanted items back to us using Royal Mail's 'Signed For', 'Tracked' or 'Guaranteed' delivery service. We also suggest that you keep a proof of posting. To avoid going to the post office, you can use Royal Mail's Click & Drop service to send an item or arrange a collection for an item from your door.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are normally processed after we have received the items on your original method of payment.

Got a faulty item?
If an item is faulty, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you, and refund the cost of returning it. Please provide a receipt for the shipping cost.
Can items purchased online be returned to store?
Items purchased online can be returned to store as long as they are unused, with tags/labels still attached and with any original packaging undamaged along with your original packing note/invoice.
We may not able to accept returns on products such as earrings due to hygiene reasons.
